The Wave Academy - Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to the following product “The Wave Academy”:

2. The Wave Bundle Terms and Conditions will apply to The Wave Academy, unless expressly stated otherwise in these Wave Academy Terms and Conditions.

3. Booking and Eligibility
a. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they book a course appropriate for their ability level. Once a course has commenced, transfers to different ability levels or dates are not permitted.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
a. All bookings are subject to a 7-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
b. Before the start date, you may transfer your booking to another person at no extra cost. After the course has started, no substitutions are permitted.
c. If you are unable to attend one or more scheduled dates within your course, those sessions are forfeited. We cannot offer make-up sessions, credits, or date swaps for individual missed dates. You are encouraged to attend the remaining sessions of your course as scheduled.
d. While our programs are designed to maximise skill acquisition, we do not offer refunds based on perceived lack of progression.
e. While we aim to provide you with the same coach throughout the program, staffing may vary due to sickness.
