Little Rippers Lesson (ages 4 - 12)

THE FIRST STEP ONTO THE BOARD

Introducing Little Rippers – a brand new surfing experience tailored to younger children. These lessons are aimed at primary school aged children, accompanied by an adult, and are a great first step on the surfing journey, as well as a special bonding opportunity for parent or guardian and child.

ADULT AND CHILD COMBINED TICKET

Support your child in the water as they begin to learn the fundamentals of surfing. You won’t be surfing yourself – but you’ll be right in the action helping them catch their first waves, supporting them through the water and encouraging them to enjoy it, along with our expert coaches.

Everything you need is included in the price. Your surfboard, wetsuit, gloves, hat and boots (when you need them) and helmet. All you need is your swimsuit and a towel!

Little Rippers – the facts and figures

Arrive 60 minutes before: You must arrive at least 60 minutes before your lesson begins

Child and adult ticket: Children must be accompanied by an adult, ticket price includes 1 child & 1 adult

Beginner wave: Small white water wave that ends at the shore

Lesson length: 1.5 hours

Wave height: 0.5m (white water)

Water depth: 0.8m

Swimming Ability: Suitable for those with a good level of water confidence

Ages: 4-12 (accompanied by an adult at a ratio of 1 adult per child)

Please arrive at least 60 minutes before your lesson

Our opening times change throughout the year. We're currently open Thu - Sun 6am - 8:30pm and 7 days a week throughout the Easter holidays

Surf Equipment

We include wetsuits, boots, hats and gloves in the price of your surf. Foamboards are available to use for free for Beginner - Intermediate sessions. We also have a range of boards to hire, starting from £12 for softboards and £17 for hardboards.
