- Children who have attended our Little Rippers lessons or a standard Beginner Lesson before and are confident riding white water waves standing all the way to the shore.
At a glance
Little Improver lessons are the next step for young surfers who are ready to move on from riding white water to catching their very first unbroken waves solo. Children must be able to swim 25m unaided.

Goals
Little Improvers is great for younger children taking ready to progress to catching unbroken waves.
Learn how to catch and ride unbroken (green) waves
Gain independence and confidence without adult support in the water
Improve pop-ups and board control
Start linking waves together with better balance and flow

Our opening times change throughout the year. We're now open Wednesday - Sunday.
Surf Equipment
We include wetsuits, boots, hats and gloves in the price of your surf. Foamboards are available to use for free for Beginner - Intermediate sessions. We also have a range of boards to hire, starting from £12 for softboards and £17 for hardboards.
