The Wave Black Friday Bundle Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is valid for Wave Bundles purchased between 28th November and 4th December 2024.
2. To participate in this promotion, simply purchase your Wave Bundle in the usual way. 

1. If you purchase an Adult or Child Wave Bundle X 10, 25 or 50, you will receive the following “bonus” credits to your account, free of charge. 

• Wave Bundle X 10 – 1 bonus session 

• Wave Bundle X 25 – 2 bonus sessions 

• Wave Bundle X 50 – 5 bonus sessions 

1. All bonus sessions will be added to your account at the time of purchase. 

1. No cash alternative is available. 

1. The opening date for the promotion is 00:01 on 28th November 2024. The closing date of the promotion is 23:59 on 4th December. All purchases made outside this time-period will not qualify.

The Wave Christmas Gift Bundles Terms and Conditions

1. 1. These terms and conditions apply to the following products (together, “The Christmas Gift Bundles” and each a “Christmas Gift Bundle”): 

• Gift a Surf (1 x surf) 
• The Wave Essentials Gift (2 x surfs) 
• The Adventurer Gift (4 x surfs) 
• The Ultimate Gift Set (10 x surfs) 

1. 2. Each Christmas Gift Bundle contains the following items (subject to availability) and cannot be exchanged for another item. We reserve the right to replace any of these items with something of the same value should the original item not be available

• Gift a surf (Voucher for 1 x surf sessions or lesson ) 
• The Wave Essentials Gift (Voucher for x2 surf sessions or lessons, Wave Beanie, Wave 2.5L Dry Bag, Wave Wax Comb, Wave Sticker) 

• The Adventurer (Gift Voucher for x4 surfs sessions or lessons, Wave Beanie, Wave 21L Dry Bag, Wave Hammam Towel, Wave Sticker x2) 

• The Ultimate Gift Set (Voucher for x10 surfs sessions or lessons, Wave Beanie, Wave Dryrobe Towel Robe, Wave 40L Dry Bag, Wave Sticker x2) 

2. 3. Christmas Gift Bundles can be purchased from our online shop or in person in our retail store. If purchased online, the Online Shop Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase, unless expressly stated otherwise in these Wave Winter Bundles Terms and Conditions.   

1. 4. The Wave Bundle Terms and Conditions will apply to Christmas Gift Bundles, unless expressly stated otherwise in these Christmas Gift Bundles Terms and Conditions.   

1. 5. Paragraph 6 of The Wave Bundle Terms and Conditions (how to redeem) shall not apply to The Christmas Bundles. The Christmas Gift Bundles can be redeemed by the recipient by following these steps: 

• Select Book Now from the top right hand corner of The Wave website; 

• Select the three lines in the top right hand corner then “Extras” and “Redeem Gift Bundle Surf Sessions”; 

• Enter the code displayed on your gift bundle voucher; and 

• Select your surf session/lesson and then the date and time you would like to come.  

1. 6. Paragraph 8 of The Wave Bundle Terms and Conditions (validity periods) shall not apply to The Christmas Bundles. The Christmas Bundles all expire on 31st December 2025. 

1. 7. Bookings for surf sessions as part of the bundle must be made by 31st December 2025. All booked sessions must take place before 31st December 2025. Christmas Bundles cannot be used to book any session that is scheduled to take place after 31st December 2025. Any surf sessions that have not been booked by this time will be removed from your account.  

1. 8. Christmas Gift Bundles that are purchased from our online shop are subject to a 5 day fulfilment period and will then be posted by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service. The last date to guarantee delivery before Christmas is 13th December 2024.

 

The Wave winter bundles Terms and Conditions

• Child Winter Bundle X 4

• Adult Winter Bundle X 25
• Child Winter Bundle X 25
• Adult Winter Bundle X 50

2. The Wave Bundle Terms and Conditions will apply to The Wave Winter Bundles, unless expressly stated otherwise in these Wave Winter Bundles Terms and Conditions.

tHE wAVE BUNDLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 1. These terms and conditions apply to the following products (together, “The Wave Bundles” and each a “Wave Bundle”):

• Adult Wave Bundle X 10
• Child Wave Bundle X 10
• Adult Wave Bundle X 25
• Child Wave Bundle X 25
• Adult Wave Bundle X 50
• Child Wave Bundle X 50

 

2. 2. The Wave Bundles cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
3. 3. Except for cancellations during the “Cooling-Off Period” (see below), The Wave Bundles cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
4. 4. The General Terms and Conditions for Promotions and Discounts apply to The Wave Bundles.
5. 5. To participate in this promotion, simply purchase your Wave Bundle online or over the phone. A PDF confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. The PDF contains instructions on how to access your Wave Bundle.
6. 6. Once you have purchased your Wave Bundle, your account will be credited with your chosen amount of surfs (4, 10, 25 or 50) that can be used to book Expert Barrels Sessions, Expert Turns Sessions, Advanced Plus Sessions, Advanced Sessions, Intermediate Sessions, Intermediate Lessons, Waikiki Lessons, Waikiki Sessions, Beginner Sessions, Beginner Lessons or Beginner Bodyboarding Sessions. All other surf sessions, activities and coaching are excluded from the promotion. 
7. 7. If you have purchased an Adult Wave Bundle it can only be used to book adult surf sessions. If you have purchased a Child Wave Bundle it can only be used to book child surf sessions.
8. 8. The following validity periods apply to The Wave Bundles:

• Wave Bundle x 4 – expires 3 months after date of purchase.
• Wave Bundle x 10 – expires 12 months after date of purchase.
• Wave Bundle x 25 – expires 12 months after date of purchase.
• Wave Bundle x 50 – expires 12 months after date of purchase.

9. 9. Bookings for surf sessions as part of the bundle must be made by the expiry date. All booked sessions must take place before the expiry date. Bundles cannot be used to book any session that is scheduled to take place after the expiry date. Any surf sessions that have not been booked by this time will be removed from your account.
10. 10. We cannot guarantee availability, so we strongly advise you to book your sessions as early as possible.
11. 11. You are strictly prohibited from re-selling any surf sessions purchased as part of the Wave Bundle without our prior written consent. You are not permitted to combine any surf session with any hospitality, travel or accommodation service, merchandise or any other such package. You are not permitted to use any surf session as a competition prize. Any breach of this condition will make any associated bookings void.
12. 12. If you need to change or cancel a booking made as part of the Wave Bundle, please contact our Customer Services team at least 7 days prior to your booked session and we will make every effort to change the booking for you. If we are unable to change your booking, we will credit the cancelled surf session to your account. If your request is received less than 7 days prior to the booked session, no refund or credit shall be provided, and we shall not be obliged to change your booking. No cash refunds will be available for bookings made as part of the Wave Bundle. 

 

Cancellation and Refunds 

The purchaser of a Wave Bundle is legally entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off” period. We offer our UK customers a goodwill guarantee for most products bought online or in our store, which is more generous than your legal rights. This goodwill guarantee does not affect your legal rights if there is something wrong with your product (for more on those rights see You have rights if there is something wrong with your product).

If you wish to return your Wave Bundle, please follow the process set out in our Online Shop Terms and Conditions. 

The right to a refund during the 28-day “cooling-off” period only applies if the Wave Bundle has not been used to book a surf session during the 28-day “cooling-off” period. If you use your Wave Bundle to book a surf session during the 28-day “cooling-off” period, you will lose your right to a refund, even if the booked session has not yet taken place.
