Policy for the Sale of Ex-Rental or Second Hand Goods

1. The Wave does not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for second hand or ex-rental goods unless (i) the purchased goods are faulty or defective and (ii) the customer was not made aware of the fault or defect at the time of purchase.

2. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the purchased items at the point of sale. Any concerns or questions about the goods should be addressed with our staff before completing the transaction.

3. By purchasing second hand or ex-rental goods, customers accept that the standard of quality of the goods will be lower than brand new items, will contain a degree of wear and tear and may have reduced functionality. The standard of quality of the goods is reflected in the price of the goods.

4. If a customer purchases second hand or ex-rental goods that are (i) faulty, defective, or significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase and (ii) the customer was not made aware of the fault or defect at the time of purchase, we will accept a return.

4. Customers must contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase to report any faults or defects and initiate the return process. Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, will be required for all return requests.

5. All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to determine whether they meet the criteria for a return due to faults or defects, taking into account that the products are second hand or ex-rental.

6. If the goods are deemed faulty or defective, we will offer the customer the choice of a refund in the original form of payment or a replacement, subject to product availability.

7. This policy does not apply to second hand goods damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the specified criteria.
