Flowstate Competition Terms and Conditions

Promotion Terms 

February 2026

Promotor: Sea Level Wave Co Limited, registered office at The Wave, Wasingpool Farm, Easter Compton, Bristol, BS35 5RE (“The Wave”) (“Promotor”)   

Partner: Flowstate Zone Pty Ltd (ACN 661 265 989) (“Flowstate”) (“Partner”)  

Partner: Surfing England (“Surfing England”) (“Partner”)   

Promotion title: Winter Warriors  (“Promotion”)   

Promotion period: 06:00 6th of February 2026 – 23:59 1st March 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).  

Winner & communication: One winner for each division, in each category, will be selected within 14 working days of the end of the Promotion Period and will be contacted by The Promoter directly.  

Prize: The winners will be awarded the following items:   

5 surf sessions at The Wave for one person only.  

How to Enter: For a chance to win the prize, the entrant shall:  

Submit their chosen wave(s) to The Wave’s Flowstate competition. This is hosted directly on the Flowstate website.  https://flowstate.zone/en/pool/the-wave 

  1. 1. Winter Warriors is open to all UK residents except employees or agents of The Wave or any Group Company, or any third party associated with the judging of the competition.   
  2. 2. Winter Warriors is free to enter, and you are not required to make any additional purchase, however only video taken via Flowstate will constitute an eligible entry.   
  3. 3. To enter, you must submit your Flowstate footage directly on the Flowtstate website, by selecting ‘submit to competition.’ You may only submit one clip per category.   
  4. 4. Submissions must meet the requirements of the Promotion to be eligible including format, deadline and any other rules.   
  5. 5. By submitting a video, you confirm that the content is your own original work and does not violate the rights of any third party. If other individuals (such as friends, family members, bystanders, or children) appear in your video, please ensure you have their permission to include their image. Mail-in entries will not be accepted, and any entries submitted using automated tools or programs will be disqualified.  
  6. 6. The opening date for entries is 6:00am (GMT) on 6thof February 2026. 
  7. 7. The closing date for entries is 11:59 pm (GMT) on 1stof March 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted. 
  8. 8. The Wave accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed for any reason or for entries not successfully submitted due to any kind of technical fault.  
  9. 9. Surfing England’s panel of qualified judges will select the winner based on specific criteria set for the Promotion. The outcome will be based purely on the judges ’expertise, with no element of chance influencing the final decision. 
  10. 10. Within 14 days of the Promotion closing on the 1stof March 2026, the judges will select the winner of each division within the categories, and The Wave will share the winning Flowstate footage on social media. The winners will be notified by direct message with instructions on how to collect their prize. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and The Wave will be entitled to select another winner in line with the process described above. The prize must be redeemed by the 31st of December 2026. Failure to do so will result in the prize no longer being valid.  
  11. 11. Please note that judges are not obligated to provide individual feedback on entries. The Wave reserves the right to disqualify any submission deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of the competition rules.  
  12. 12. All submitted videos will be reviewed by The Wave, Flowstate and Surfing England. By entering the Promotion, you give your consent for The Wave, Surfing England and Flowstate to use your video and imagery for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. This includes crediting you as the creator of the content. If you are selected as the winner, you hereby agree that without reservation that The Wave, Surfing England and Flowstate may use your name and video to announce the result and for their  promotional purposes.  
  13. 13. By submitting your entry, you grant The Wave, Surfing England and Flowstate a royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use the content you submit for the competition and related marketing materials.   
  14. 14. In the unlikely event that the prize (or any one or more of its constituent elements) is unavailable, The Wave reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.  
  15. 15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is or will be offered.  
  16. 16. Any decision of The Wave and Surfing England regarding any aspect of the prize will be final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into about it.
  17. 17. The winner and their family may be asked to participate in publicity.   
  18. 18. Personal data supplied in the course of entering the competition will only be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and as explicitly stated in these terms and conditions.   
  19. 19. By entering the competition, all participants agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions. The Wave reserves the right to refuse entry or to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of any of the terms and conditions referred to above.
