You just need to pop in with proof of your address and our team will get everything set up for you in no time. Your pass will be valid for one year from the day you sign up.
Sign up to our local community mailing list. This is the best way to get updates and also find out when the Annual Locals’ Pass will be on sale.
You’ll need to bring one proof of identity that includes your photograph and shows your address. Examples of suitable photo ID include a driving licence or bus pass showing your current address.
No photo ID? Bring three forms of proof of residence
If you have no photo ID, we’ll need three other items showing your name and address, such as recent utility bills, bank statements, a rent book or similar documents.
Annual Locals’ Pass holders (over-16s) will be photographed upon activation of the pass. The image will be securely stored and will be used only for identification purposes when you arrive at The Wave, or to prevent misuse of the Locals’ Pass.
