About the Annual Locals’ Pass
The Annual Locals’ Pass gives you year-round site access, as well as giving local residents invitations to special events and regular special offers.

- Receive exclusive seasonal discounts in our cafe-bar and shop overlooking our 180m surfing lake.
Seasonal offers just for locals
We will be offering seasonal deals exclusively to the local community.
One month this might be a breakfast upgrade when you book to surf or special deals in our shop, another month we might offer free ice cream after 3pm or invitations to a local feast.
When you sign up for your Annual Locals’ Pass you can opt to join our Locals’ Newsletter to make sure you hear about all available offers.
How to get your Annual Locals’ Pass
You can come and register at reception. The pass is for people who live around a mile from The Wave – i.e. in postcodes starting with BS35 5, BS35 4, or BS32 4.
You just need to pop in with proof of your address and our team will get everything set up for you in no time. Your pass will be valid for one year from the day you sign up.
Sign up to our local community mailing list. This is the best way to get updates and also find out when the Annual Locals’ Pass will be on sale.
Photo ID
You’ll need to bring one proof of identity that includes your photograph and shows your address. Examples of suitable photo ID include a driving licence or bus pass showing your current address.
No photo ID? Bring three forms of proof of residence
If you have no photo ID, we’ll need three other items showing your name and address, such as recent utility bills, bank statements, a rent book or similar documents.
Photographs
Annual Locals’ Pass holders (over-16s) will be photographed upon activation of the pass. The image will be securely stored and will be used only for identification purposes when you arrive at The Wave, or to prevent misuse of the Locals’ Pass.
