4. 5. Book your credits before your payment month ends – if you don’t book them, you lose them!

Top tip: You don’t have to use your credits in the same month – just make sure you book them. You can book sessions for any time in the year.

The Important Bit

All memberships are subject to a 12 month minimum term.
Surf session entitlements must be booked within the month they are allocated and cannot be rolled over to the subsequent month.
Your payment month runs from the date of your first payment to the next date in the subsequent month, this is when your entitlements renew.
