Frame Competition Terms and Conditions
1.) The promoter is moveyourframe Ltd.
2.) The competition is open to users aged 18 years or over in the UK, except employees of Moveyourframe and The Wave, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3.) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4.) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.) How to enter: The competition must be entered through Instagram only and by Following @moveyourframe & @thewave, Tagging in your friends below (each comment counts as an entry) Contestants can gain an additional entry by sharing the reel to stories .
6.) The opening date for the competition is Tuesday 25th July at 6pm and the closing date for entry will be is Monday 31st July at 11.59pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be valid. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7.) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
8.) The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9.) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok or any other Social Network.
10.) The prize is as stated 2 x 3 month Gold Frame Membership, 2 x Surf Sessions at The Wave, No cash or other alternatives will be offered, the prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.
11.) The Surf Sessions at The Wave will be subject to The Wave’s standard booking terms and conditions and these may change from time to time. The winner will be chosen at random.
12.) The winner will be notified via DM from @MoveYourFrame Instagram account only on 2nd August. The winner’s name will be available for 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: marketing@thewave.com
13.) If the winner cannot be contacted or they do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
