The Camp - Safari Tents
Our safari tents are designed for families, couples and groups who want something more than a campsite, without losing the magic of sleeping close to nature. Just metres from the most consistent surf break in the country, with the Clubhouse, café-bar and surf shop a few steps away. The Camp is a place to escape, connect, reset, and surf in the beautiful Bristol countryside.
The Field - Campsite
Whether you’re arriving in a campervan, pitching a tent, or wanting a pre-pitched bell tent, The Field puts you right where you want to be – 200 metres from the surf lake, surrounded by open countryside. With showers and toilets on site and the Clubhouse on the doorstep, it’s everything you need and nothing you don’t.

Stay at The Wave. A slice of the ocean inland, just outside of Bristol. Escape the everyday, connect with nature, enjoy great food, and spend quality time with those close to you.
Surf
The surf is pumping every day and The Camp at The Wave is just metres from the shoreline. You can wake to the sound of the waves and be catching them within minutes. Whether you’ve never surfed before and want to start your surfing journey, or you’re looking to bag some barrels on our expert waves, we have a session for you – whatever your age, background or ability.
Surf times vary depending on the time of year and you’ll need to book your surfs separately. Surf sessions do get snapped up pretty quickly, so make sure you book your preferred sessions as soon as you know when you’re coming to stay with us.
Eat and Drink
What we really love after a surf session is getting together to refuel in The Clubhouse and relive the experience. We love sharing these moments over great food, with family and friends. Our café is open from post ‘dawn patrol’ breakfasts, right the way through the day, until the last bite of pizza after a ‘sunset session’ in the evening. We use the best ingredients and pride ourselves on the great relationships we have with our local suppliers, from Buxton Butchers, or our local cheese supplier, to Clifton Coffee who provide the perfectly roasted coffee beans for our baristas.
In addition to our Clubhouse café, we also have some brilliant pop-up food outlets in the grounds around the lake.
The Experience
A break at The Wave allows you to escape the everyday, connect with nature, enjoy great food, spend quality time with those close to you – and of course surf until you drop!
