Sivo's New Sauna
Set beside the waves, Sivo’s seven person wood fired sauna might just have one of the best sauna views in the city. Sit back, listen to the fire crackle and watch the waves roll in.
Hot. Cold. Rest. Repeat.
There’s no set order here. Start in the heat, and when you’re ready to leave it, step into the cold. Begin with the cold shower, or choose between two chilled ice baths: one cool, one colder. Then take a seat outside, breathe it all in, and give your body a few minutes to settle before heading back into the warmth. Your session lasts 55 minutes, giving you the freedom to move between hot, cold and rest as much or as little as you like. There’s no right number of rounds.

Whether you’re coming down just for the sauna and ice, or joining us fresh out of the water after a surf, everyone is welcome here. Sauna regulars, first timers, and anyone who has just come out of the waves. If you’re coming straight from a surf, please take your wetsuit off before you step into the sauna. Please arrive with plenty of time to check in. We recommend allowing around 30 minutes to make your way from the free car park down to Sivo, so you can arrive unhurried and ready to switch off.
