What is the age restriction? You must be 16 + to take part.
What is the price of the session? £12 per person
How long is the session? 1 hour
What do I need to bring with me? We will provide yoga mats, so no need to bring anything other than water.
What do I need to wear? Anything you feel comfortable to move in.
Is it suitable for everyone? What if I have never done it before? Beginner friendly.  Layers and progressions throughout the session will be added on, so more experienced clients feel challenged whilst allowing newcomers to remain comfortable. 
– a note with pregnant clients. The advice is to not start any new form of exercise during pregnancy so no NEW pregnant clients. Anyone else can join after the 12 week mark, they will just need to make sure they are cleared for exercise by doctor.
 -anyone with serious injuries will also need to be cleared by doctor to exercise.

SUMMER SURF Pilates — with Chessy

Take your time in the water further with Pilates sessions designed specifically for surfers. Led by Chessy – a passionate surfer and familiar face at The Wave!

These sessions are tailored to the movements and demands of surfing, targeting the specific muscle groups that support your paddling, pop-up, and balance on the wave.

Whether you’re a regular at The Wave or just started surfing, this is a chance to move with intention, build strength where it counts, and feel the difference next time you’re in the water.

Sessions are held throughout the summer in The View, with a relaxed Saturday morning slot:

  • Saturday mornings — monthly, 9 am 27th June, 18th July, 15th August.

£12 per session. Spaces are limited – book early to secure your spot.
