SUMMER SURF Pilates — with Chessy
Take your time in the water further with Pilates sessions designed specifically for surfers. Led by Chessy – a passionate surfer and familiar face at The Wave!
These sessions are tailored to the movements and demands of surfing, targeting the specific muscle groups that support your paddling, pop-up, and balance on the wave.
Whether you’re a regular at The Wave or just started surfing, this is a chance to move with intention, build strength where it counts, and feel the difference next time you’re in the water.
Sessions are held throughout the summer in The View, with a relaxed Saturday morning slot:
- Saturday mornings — monthly, 9 am 27th June, 18th July, 15th August.
£12 per session. Spaces are limited – book early to secure your spot.
