Power Supply
Currently, we do not have off-grid power such as generators on site. However, for larger productions that commercially justify it, we are happy to explore options to provide the necessary power.
Parking
Our site offers approximately 6,000m² of parking, providing ample space for production vehicles and equipment.
Noise Restrictions
We require that noise does not exceed 50dB above ambient levels at the perimeter fence. For context, even when hosting high-energy events such as a Red Bull DJ truck, we stay within this limit — so production can be lively. Please note, noise levels must conclude by 11pm.
