The Wave Impact Report 2021

From the very start of The Wave (when it was just a ripple) we had a very clear sense of our purpose. We knew the impact we wanted to achieve and the type of business we wanted to be. Opening just before a global pandemic wasn’t the start we hoped for, but we rode it out and managed to stay true to our purpose. We have brought the power of surfing and blue health to a wide range of people, at a time when we have all needed it more than ever before.

In 2021 we really started to create a groundswell of impact. We have published our first ever Impact Report outlining what we achieved in the last year, the challenges we faced, what we learnt, and our ambitions for 2022. We are hugely excited about what the future holds and the waves of positive impact we are going to make.
